Stefan Hamann,  a German Master baker from a long family line of Master bakers and With 5 years of academical education and hands on training in Germany Herr Hamann is an erudite in the science of baking artisan bread.

He has over forty years of experience offering an authentic choice of German artisan breads: Rye, Spelt and a combination of Rye and imported wheat. Also he bakes the most exquisite rolls and pretzels last but no least, German cakes and pastries. All freshly baked overnight from fresh dough using only natural ingredients. All breads are made from scratch with natural sour-dough and they are stone baked in his shop in Windsor
